You can return unworn items in their original packaging within 28 days of purchase. Returns can be made via our online portal using a courier drop-off point or at any standalone ALDO store in the UK.
Do you offer a warranty on your footwear and accessories?
Yes, we take pride in our quality. ALDO products are covered against manufacturing defects for up to 6 months from the date of purchase, provided there is a valid proof of purchase.
