Returns & Exchanges

At ALDO UK, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 60-day return period for both online and in-store orders. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a valid proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn items back into their original shoe box or packaging and securely seal them inside a shipping mailing bag.

• 3.
  Drop Off Your Parcel

  Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized Evri or Royal Mail collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
